5 Shot Drill
This is a great drill for shooting, passing, and receiving. It also gives goalies the opportunity to face shots from different angles, so make sure the goalie is ready in order for all players involved to get the full benefit.
Simple 1 vs 1
This is a simple drill designed to work on 1v1 situations. Defence focuses on gap control and goal-side-inside positioning, while forwards can use the space they are given to be creative with changes of speed, dekes, and other moves to beat the defender and score.
Team Canada
This is a great flow drill to use as a warm-up at the start of practice. It works on timing and the execution of passes high in the offensive zone, with modifications available to incorporate screens and defensive play.

Use the Drill Menu to name your drill, set duration, change surfaces, and manage actions like saving, sharing, or printing with just a click. Use the Tool Bar to draw player movements, paths, and add icons—then customize each one with editable properties. At the center, the Sketchpad is where your drill comes to life.
Use the Plan Menu to name your plan, view the total duration, and schedule it. Easily save, print, share, or create new plans. On the right, the Drills Panel gives you access to all your drills—choose from personal folders or the Marketplace. In the center, your Plan Schedule displays the full layout of your session.
Take your completed plans to the ice with our iOS companion app. Your Personal Folder practice plan library is now in your pocket, ready when you are.
